As a resident, I am delighted that Fortune Icon is one of the best gated communities in Hyderabad. The quality of design, construction, and the delivery experience has been impeccable in every sense. Mrs. Y. Preeti
Resident, Fortune Majestic
When we moved back to India from UK, my husband and I were keen on investing in property that would be our home. Our search was frustrating at times, since there would always be something missing in terms of choice for buyers. But we knew our search ended when we visited Fortune Majestic. It is not the sophisticated design or the essence of luxury; the inimitable style and uncompromising quality of development convinced us that this is where we would find the comfort and peace of home. And we are glad to say that we are right!
Mr. Nariman Mistry
Land Owner, Fortune Mistry, Abids
It is difficult to describe the value that we have received with the Fortune Group’s commitment to quality, on-time and in-budget delivery. Mr. Shyam Kapoor has been tremendously helpful in how he understood our requirements and provided the right solutions with honesty and integrity. His meticulous and efficient approach to the project simply sets him, and the Fortune Group, apart from the other real estate developers.
Ms. Kusuma Rajsekhar
Associate, Architect For Fortune Group
As the Chief Architect to Fortune Group since their inception, it has been my pleasure to have been a part of their journey as they have grown in scale and capabilities. But I can honestly say that it is their uncompromising stand on integrity and their commitment to customer delight that makes them such a pleasure to work with. The joy of delivering more than what the customer expects is what sets them apart from every other real estate company I have worked with, and I wish them all the very best for their future endeavors.
